Feed water system

Feed water is the main raw materials for Boiler and steam is the output. So, better the feed water better the steam as well as Boiler and vice-versa. Feed water should be hotter as much as possible along with it should be free from impurity like calcium/magnesium/iron etc. Due to impurity with water, a scale of foreign metal can be accumulated on Boiler tube which tends to heat loss of boiler caused Tube leakage, much fuel consumption, reduce boiler life and so on.
