Pre-Treatment Plant & Ultra-Filtration Plant
Pre-Treatment plant is the input plant for Purified water system. It can consist of Multimedia Filter, Carbon filter, soft water filter, iron removal bed etc. with capacity from smaller to several hundred m3 per hour as per requirements. They are controlled with the help of central control valves or – particularly in large systems – by means of PLC and single valve operation. For the piping materials, we rely on plastics (PVC, PP and PVDF) or stainless steel, and the filter vessels are also optionally available in stainless steel. Sometimes, some user can font of ultra-filtration system instead of pre-Treatment plant for large capacity (Greater than 500 LPH) raw water treatment with higher purity water.
