Results of Poor insulation (materials) system can be:

1. sweating of duct and chilled water pipe causing unexpected environment & damage.
2. Higher installation cost due to extra installation accessories & materials.
3. short life of used insulation and replacement issue creates which costlier and lots of trouble for changing in a running plant.
4. loss of energy due to less thermal conductivity.

25MM and 20 MM, self-adhesive and Al foil as moisture barrier, Thermal Conductivity: 0.037 W/m2-K, MOC: PEF & Nitrile Rubber.

Available Pipe insulation in Stock:

Pipe size 3/4" -12" for 40 & 80 schedule Pipe. MOC: PEF. Thermal Conductivity: 0.037 W/m2-K, With Al foil as moisture barrier. Larger size can be provided as per requirement.
